Working with geofences

A geofence is an area marked on the map, which is usually used to generate notifications when an object is inside or outside of the area. On the Geofences tab (1), you can see a list of existing geofences and create a new one (2).

On the map of each geofence, you can see:- icon (3) with the geofence type;- the name and description (4) of the geofence, if any;You can click on the geofence description to open it in an expanded view.- button to go to the geofence settings (6) to change or delete it;- data on the geofence (7), such as its perimeter and area.

Creation of a geofence

To create a geofence, go to the Geofences tab of the same name (1), click the button with the plus icon (2), select the desired shape (3), enter a name (4), a description (5) as desired, adjust the location and size of the geofence on the map, and click the Save button (6). You can move (7) the geofence on the map and change its size (8) The geofence in the form of a polygon is available only in the Premium version of the program.

Setting up and deleting a geofence

To change or delete a geofence, go to the Geofences tab (1), find the desired geofence, and click the button with the gear icon (2).‍This will take you to the page with the form you saw when creating and deleting geofences

Customizing and deleting geofences If you want to change a geofence, you can now change the name (3) and description (4) of the geofence, as well as the size and location of the geofence on the map. After that, click the "Save" button (5).
If you want to delete the geofence, click the Delete button (6).
